Postpartum Acupuncture 120 Min Session- $350

Postpartum Acupuncture is designed to deeply nourish and restore the mother during the sacred window after birth. This visit includes one personalized acupuncture session to support healing, regulate hormones, encourage milk supply, calm the nervous system and replenish depleted energy.

Gentle moxibustion is used to warm the womb and strengthen digestion, helping the body to rebuild. Bodywork and a warming foot massage grounds and soothes the nervous system, while bringing circulation back to the lower body.

Mothers are offered a breastfeeding friendly herbal tea to support recovery, minerals, and emotional balance. A warm organic meal will be prepared to rebuild blood and qi for nourishment in the early postpartum days. This meal will include produce and grass fed pasture raised meat from our family farm. This postpartum offering is three sessions, spread over the four to eight weeks window after birth. Each visit is tailored to the mother’s unique needs as her body and heart integrate the experience of birth. Sessions include personalized acupuncture to support healing, hormone balance, milk supply, nervous system regulation, and replenishment of qi and blood.

The final session includes a closing mother ceremony. A gentle ritual to honor your birth story, your transformation and the sacred threshold you have crossed. This space is held to help you feel seen, supported and deeply acknowledged in your transition.
